Our Story
The Steads LLC was born from a simple conviction: Waimanalo deserves a space that doesn't rush. A place where your morning coffee isn't swallowed on the way out the door, and your evening drink isn't an afterthought.
We opened our doors as a café by day — pour-over single origins, house-baked pastries, counter seating that invites lingering — and transformed by night into a bar where the cocktails are mixed with the same care and the conversations run just as long.
Two shifts. One intention: make this the room people want to stay in.
